Social justice is being equal not having an importance of who you are where you come from or your race. It’s not being discriminated for any reason. An example of social justice would be when different types of race get along and interact with each other. An example would be in our high school Social Justice there are a mix of races and we all manage to get along, interact, and have fun with each other. This demonstrates social justice because it doesn’t matter that their different race, students are getting along and they realized they have connections with each other and they’re capable of working together without any one feeling left out or unequal. It’s also being social justice because everyone is getting a right to speak up on what they believe in and do what it takes to make their dream come true.
The obstacles that will be faced while struggling to achieve social justice is discrimination inequality and mistreatment. These obstacles are faced because there’s going to be people who don’t want to see others succeed or be happy. An example of an obstacle is the discrimination on people and their sex preference. Some people discriminate other people because they like the same sex as them and not everyone is okay with it. The discrimination can go as far as hurting people physically, emotionally or even to the point of murdering. This is an issue that people may not think is important but they don’t think of the harm they are doing to the victims.
